Imagine…

You wake up one morning and you realize: I don’t hurt. And you know this decrease in pain and suffering is because you chose to invest in yourself.

You don’t have to face the repercussions of trauma or abuse alone. Everyone needs help from time to time. So try this: Decide you’re worth it (because you are) and decide you’re ready to begin moving forward.

Are you ready? Let’s do this.

What You Should Know

Your comfort = my priority

I know it can be hard to walk through a therapist’s door (been there, done that). Let me know if there’s something I can do to make you more comfortable. I’ve been known to meet with individuals (and their pets).

You get to decide if we’re a good fit

A good therapist/client relationship is essential. My clients have described me as non-judgmental, compassionate, and stubborn hardworking.

You have control of where we go

We’ll work together to determine the approaches that best fit your needs— whether through talk therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Solution-Focused Techniques, or a combination of approaches.

Bad things happen to good people, through no fault of their own. You may not be able to see this now, but know this: You’re resiliency is inherent. With the right tools and strategies, waking up (with less emotional pain) can be your reality.
